Terms of Service

ASO Pilot is an App Store Optimization tool that analyses mobile apps and generates metadata recommendations for the iOS App Store and Google Play Store. The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Sharing accounts between multiple humans is not permitted.
• You may delete your account from the Settings page at any time.

• Solo plan is free with monthly usage limits as described on the pricing page.
• Studio plan is a monthly subscription billed in advance via Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page.
• Cancellation: cancel any time from Settings or via Stripe's customer portal. You retain access until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: pro-rated refunds are not offered for monthly plans. For annual plans (when available) we refund unused months on request within 30 days of payment.
• Failed payments: we attempt to recharge for 3 days. If still unpaid, the account is downgraded to Solo. No data is deleted.
• Price changes: we notify by email at least 30 days before any price change. You may cancel before it takes effect.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal activity, including violating App Store or Google Play guidelines.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our model logic or system prompts.
• Hammer the Service with automated traffic beyond your plan's quota. Rate limits apply.
• Submit copyrighted or trademark-infringing content as if it were your own.
• Resell our output as your own ASO platform.

Repeated abuse may result in account suspension without refund.

• You retain all rights to the app descriptions and metadata you submit.
• You retain all rights to the analyses we generate for you. They are yours to use, edit, ship, and share.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service (run the analysis, store the result, return it to you).
• We do not use your content to train AI models or for any other purpose.

The ASO Pilot platform — including the engine logic, prompts, system design, locale dictionaries, and brand — is owned by us and protected by copyright. You may use the Service per these terms but you do not get any rights to the underlying platform.

We rely on third parties (Anthropic for AI, Supabase for storage, Stripe for billing, Vercel for hosting). Outages or changes in these services may affect the Service. Our liability for third-party outages is limited to issuing a credit for the affected time, at our discretion.

ASO recommendations are generated by an AI engine plus heuristic scoring. They represent informed strategy — not guarantees of ranking. App Store and Google Play algorithms change continuously. You are responsible for reviewing every recommendation before publishing.

Rank tracking numbers come from public search-results scanning and are approximate. Treat them as directional, not as ground truth.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost rankings, lost installs).

You may terminate your account anytime from Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when feasible. On termination we delete your data per the retention policy in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
